Refund policy

**Reservations (1 EUR)**

A reservation secures your place in the first production run of Plat4tent. It is fully refundable. You can ask for a refund of your reservation at any time before your platform order is confirmed, and every reservation is refunded in full when we open ordering. To request a refund, contact us at plat4tent@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

**Platform orders (once available)**

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your Plat4tent, without giving a reason. To withdraw, tell us of your decision at plat4tent@gmail.com before the 14 day period ends.

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed it is in resaleable condition, we refund the price you paid, using the same payment method you used for the order, within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and for handling it with care while it is in your possession. Items that are damaged through misuse, or returned incomplete, may be refused or refunded only in part.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity
