**1. Who we are**

By placing an order on this store you agree to these terms.

**2. Reservations**

Plat4tent is currently in its pre-launch phase. The product offered now is a reservation,
priced at 1 EUR, which secures your place in the first production run. A reservation is not a purchase of the platform itself and does not oblige you to buy it later. Reservations are fully refundable (see our Refund policy).

**3. Products and prices**

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do our best to describe our products accurately, but photographs and specifications are given for guidance and small variations may occur. We may change prices and product details at any time before you place an order.

**4. Orders**

Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error, in which case we refund any amount already paid.

**5. Delivery**

Delivery terms, areas and timing are set out in our Shipping policy.

**6. Right of withdrawal and returns**

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14 day right of withdrawal on physical goods, and the benefit of the legal guarantee of conformity. Details are in our Refund policy.

**7. Our liability**

We provide the store and our products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

**8. Your data**

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

**9. Governing law**

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
