**Reservations**

The reservation (1 EUR) is a digital confirmation of your place in the first production run. Nothing is shipped at this stage, so no shipping applies. You will receive a confirmation by email.

**Where we ship**

We ship the Plat4tent platform across Europe. If you are outside Europe and would like a Plat4tent, contact us at plat4tent@gmail.com and we will look into it with you.

**When we ship**

Ordering opens in September or October 2026, and the first units are shipped by the end of 2026. We will keep you updated by email on the exact dates for your order.

**Delivery and costs**

The platform is a large, protected package. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your country and are shown at checkout, or confirmed by email, before you pay for the platform.
Please give a complete and accurate delivery address; we cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
